Tyotirvakortit.fi reserves the right to charge for training time not used due to, for example, incomplete identification documents.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In case of cancellation, Tyoturvakortit.fi will follow the following policy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A written cancellation notice (e.g. e-mail) for a normal job security card training must be received at Tyoturvakortit.fi at least 12 h before the test event. Tyoturvakortit.fi reserves the right to charge for a test cancelled late or not cancelled at all. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Erikseen tilatut yksityiskoulutukset ty\u00f6paikalle tai muille ryhmille: henkil\u00f6m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 on vahvistettava viimeist\u00e4\u00e4n 7 vrk. ennen koulutustilaisuutta. Sovitut matkakulut + vahvistettu henkil\u00f6m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 toimii laskutusperusteena mik\u00e4li muusta ei ole kirjallisesti sovittu. Laskutuslis\u00e4 on 10 \u20ac sis. alv. \/ lasku.     <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Delivery and\/or storage of shipments ordered from the Tyoturvakortit.fi online store<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Book orders placed through the Tyoturvakortit.fi online store will be posted as a normal shipment unless the customer specifically states that they wish to collect the order. Tyoturvakortit.fi undertakes to handle shipments with care and to deliver the ordered material to the post office without delay. However, Tyoturvakortit.fi is not liable for any items lost in the post.  <\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Orders for electronic material placed through the Tyoturvakortit.fi online store will be delivered to the e-mail address provided by the customer after payment has been made.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">For the delivery of goods, it is the customer&#8217;s responsibility to ensure that they have clearly provided correct, up-to-date name and contact details (address valid for at least one month from the date of the test).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If the customer&#8217;s contact details are incorrect and the shipment is returned to the sender by the post office, the customer must ensure that the shipment is collected.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Right of return and possible comments<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Tyoturvakortit.fi verkkokaupasta tilattujen kirjojen palautusoikeus on 14 vrk. Tilatun tuotteen on oltava k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4t\u00f6n ja myyntikuntoinen. <\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Comments on received deliveries must be made without delay, but no later than 5 days after receipt of the order. Any returns must be agreed separately in writing with Customer Service.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If the customer has not received the digital or physical (to be ordered separately for extra cost) occupational safety card or the e-commerce product, this must be reported in writing (by e-mail) to Tyoturvakortit.fi within 2 months of the test or order date.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Storage of consignments ordered and collected<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Shipments ordered from the Tyoturvakortit.fi online store must be collected without delay. Tyoturvakortit.fi does not store shipments for more than one month and is not responsible for the continued storage of uncollected shipments. Tyoturvakortit.fi is also not responsible for the storage of shipments sent without prior agreement.  <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #636363;\">Payment service provider<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.
